I had to pay for my meal twice. I ordered takeaway which was packed in a bag. Unfortunately, the bag was already cracked, so that the bag was torn open in my hand and the food fell out. Since I was not reimbursed for this, I had to place my order again and pay again.

I was very dissatisfied with the order today. A complete menu was missing. This is very tragic as we don't live just around the corner. Tears flowed from the children and of course everything was on the bill ... so paid too much. Check immediately what you are ordering!

Unfortunately, today I was devastatingly dissatisfied. Seldom experienced anything so unfriendly and not very knowledgeable. You should also master the service that you offer and have a solution ready in case the technology does not work properly and does not become snotty towards the customer and misjudge the tone ..

Mega long queue at the McDrive and still been supplied with delicious food and drinks super fast. A friendly, competent and courteous team.

Unfriendly staff. No hygienic disinfection of tables after guests have left. It was only simply removed the table signs. Not even wiped off. Furthermore, glasses cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene, which apparently does not apply to everyone. With some, the glasses are simply exchanged and with others it is supposedly not possible for hygienic reasons.

If you disregard the fact that about 9 people were there and 7 of them were not able to wear the mask properly (the nose peeps out, it hangs on the lower lip !! my personal highlight) and one of them wore none at all Food is only lukewarm ... On a Sunday evening a weak picture. A pity..

The online app for ordering and paying immediately is great. You save yourself queuing. The only drawback, the food is no longer hot enough. Friendly staff.

We're only going to the drive in. Ordering and waiting in a pub is often a disaster. The employees are often very unfriendly to each other and not well organized. At the drive in you should check the order in the car. Had already 2 times what was missing.

Got a coffee. The thing with the order terminals is somehow not mine and Corona doesn't make it any better. But the lady who made the coffee was very friendly and service minded.

After we had indicated to eat in the house after arrival, we were at the checkout with the words (in a tough tone): “I asked you, you meant out of the house ?!” after we had arranged that and were asked about the payment method , after we said with a card, they just sighed and the waitress left with the words: "You should have done what they are for at the terminal". Not an experience that I would like to repeat

My experiences in drive: Something wrong is almost always wrapped up. Straight: Happy Meal: instead of 2 Capri suns only one and an orange juice luckily noticed. Sauces: Ketchup was ordered twice and received: 1 ketchup 1 mayo Ordered ranch dip, got sour cream McSundae: is now served in absolutely over full paper cups. You don't want to use plastic. The cups are so full that they overflow as soon as they are served. No lids, nothing, half goes into the car. There are also wooden spoons that really make your mouth feel disgusting. Shake: Ordered vanilla milkshake with strawberry sauce, strawberry shake with strawberry sauce ??? receive. Is it that hard mcdonalds ???
